Hello … I have owned the Boat for Seven years ….. The Old Motor that came with it Died … So on the hunt I bought this 40hp this year … took it to The Boathouse @ Parksville and had it Fully Serviced… They said it is about 10 years old and reported No issues … All oils were changed, new impeller and Zinks Etc. ……….. The Boat was built in North Vancouver in about 1980 or newer by Glascraft/Horston and has No Issues, very solid , Good Design that cuts the water well and plains up too …… We have kept it at Denman Island and now have another boat in a Boathouse …. The Boat is in Good Kit , Ready to Go with the best Known motor I could find …. Thanks Steve
